Get the Account Ready
Open the activity history and save any records you are entitled to keep. Finish or document open support cases, and check whether a pending account action needs to settle before closure.
Clear outdated saved options where the controls allow it, but don't change verified identity details simply to empty the profile.
- Log open ticket numbers.
- Review pending profile actions.
- Review saved contact information.
- Download useful records.
Close It Through the Official Route
Look in the IX7 Game privacy or account settings for a close-account option. If it is not shown, use the official support channel and state the request plainly.
Expect an identity or email confirmation. A closure request sent from an unrelated address might be delayed since the team must verify who controls the profile.
- Complete the ownership review.
- Keep the request reference.
- Start within the signed-in profile.
- Check the closure warning.
What Changes After Closure
Access might stop immediately or after a short deactivation period. Some logs may be retained where needed for security, disputes, or applicable obligations even after the profile is no longer usable.
Check the privacy section for access, correction, and deletion questions. Account closure and complete deletion are related, but they are not always identical processes.
- Keep the closure confirmation.
- Note the effective date.
- Check the retention explanation.
- Ask data questions separately.
Reopening and Duplicate Profiles
If IX7 Game provides a recovery window, use the published route before it ends. Reopening might need the original login and a fresh security review.
Don't create a second profile to avoid waiting for the first request. Duplicate profiles may complicate identity checks, log, and later support.
- Verify whether recovery is offered.
- Keep control of the original email.
- Avoid duplicate registration.
- Contact the help team ahead of the window closes.
